Kenny Pannell of Code One Bassmasters, claimed top honors of the Alabama Bass Federation Inc, Second 2007 Qualifying Tournament on Neely Henry, Gadsden, AL on 7 April 2007.  Pannell had a 5 fish limit with a weight of 17.27 pounds.  218 Alabama Bass Federation Inc., Anglers braved the high winds and unusual low temperatures to purse the Neely Henry fish. Upon conclusion of the tournament 765 bass was weight-in totaling 1374.60 pounds.  Average catch per angler was three fish with an average weight of 6.31 pounds.  Live fish release was 99.1 %. 

 

Second place finisher was Rusty Burroughs of Neely Henry Bass Club with at weight of 16.82.  Rusty was also the top Ranger Cup / Yamaha Bonus finisher.

Adam Brown of North Alabama Tournament Anglers was 3rd with 15.72 and Tom Dean of Neely Henry Bass Club was 4th with 14.28 pounds.           

The top non-boater for the tournament was Brian Peoples of 877th Bassmasters with 13.05 pounds.

                                      

Pine Level Bassmasters Team #1, Kevin Gibson, Mike Horne, Scott Luster, Jay Meredith, Hank Tidd and Jerry Williams weigh-in a total weight of 64.98 pounds to take the Tournament Team award.   Second place finishing team was Neely Henry Bass Club with a weight of 61.63 pounds.

  

Tom Dean of Neely Henry Bass Club had the Big Fish of the tournament with a weight of 515 pounds.  Dean also claimed the second place honors of the top Ranger Cup / Yamaha Bonus finisher.
