At each qualifying tournament participants placing in top 50
are qualified to compete at the State Championship
Tournament. The top 150 Anglers in the Angler of Year
Standing will qualify for the State Championship
Tournament.
Angler of Year points will be accrued at each Qualifying
Tournament and the State Championship Tournament with 300
points awarded to the 1st place finisher; 299
points to the 2nd place finisher, etc, 50
points will be awarded to any angler that does not weight
a fish. At the
State Championship Tournament, Angler of Year points will
be accrued each day of the tournament.
To qualify
to be on the Alabama Bass Federation, Inc State Team, you
must be an active member of TBF and FLW, and a active member
of an affiliated club of Alabama Bass Federation, Inc.

Team will be qualified as:
The 1st Place
Winners of each of the four (4) Qualifying Tournaments may
be State Team members provided they fish three (3) of
the four (4) Qualifying Tournaments and both days of the
State Championship Tournament. Winners of Qualifying
Tournaments will be Boaters. In the event a winner
or winners of Qualifying Tournaments do not fish 3
Qualifying Tournaments and both days of the State
Championship Tournament, State Team member(s) will be
determined by Boater Angler of Year Standings.

In the event an angler dual qualifies (etc- finish at
state tournament & angler of year standings) angler will
awarded the position from the angler of year standings.
Angler of Year Trophies will be awarded to the Boater and
Non-Boater Angler of the Year.
The
Alabama State Team members will be contenders at the
Southern Divisional in June of the next year. North
Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and
Kentucky will each have a team representing their State
Federation at the Southern Divisional Tournament to
compete for the Divisional Title. The top Anglers and
Co-Anglers of each State will advance to the Federation
National Tournament which will be held during the spring
of the next year. The top angler and co-angler from each
Division will then advance to the FLW All American
Tournament (these may not be from the same state).
