Alabama Bass Federation, Inc., held its second tournament of 2015 at Lake Pickwick, Florence, AL, launching out of McFarland Park. Federation Anglers were faced with showers and strong current during the official practice period. Tournament day was an overcast day and the current was still flowing.

Once the last angler weighted his daily catch Bill Spicer, of Shotgun Sports Supply, was the top Angler of the Angler Division with a limit that pushed the scales to 23.34 lbs.  2nd Place of the Angler Division was Michael Reid, of Tennessee River Bass Club with 20.12; Rocky Rockhill of Tennessee Valley Bas Club was 3rd with a 17.53; 4th was Tai Walker, of Tennessee Valley Bass Club with a 17.43 and finish in the top five of the Angler Division was Jeremy Stutts, of Tennessee Valley Bass Club with 17.25.

Top honors of the Co-Anglers was claimed by Lester Baker Jr, of Shotgun Sports Supply, with a limit that weighted 24.11, but hadLesterBakerJr a penalty which reduced his official weight to 22.11. Dennis Sandoval of, Morgan County Bass Club was 2nd place Co-Angler with 20.51, John Hayes of Tri-County Bassmasters was 3rd with 18.36, Jason Blackmon of Shotgun Sports Supply was 4th with 17.39 and Terry Quates of Pine Level Bassmasters was 5th with 15.40.

Jason Blackmon of Shotgun Sports Supply captured the big fish of the tournament with a weight of 7.40.

Shotgun Sports Supply team claimed the Team honors of the tournament with a weight of 73.80. Team members were Rusty Burroughs, Don Cox, Jon Oliver, Bill Spicer, John Thornton and Ferlin Weeks. Tennessee Valley Bass Club team weight was 72.77, followed by Tennessee River Bass Club team with 66.32 and Coosa River Hookers team had a weight of 60.42.

Total Boat weight was won by Jeremy Stutts of Tennessee Valley Bass Club and Dennis Sandoval of Morgan County Bass Club with a weight of 37.76. Rocky Rockhill of Tennessee Valley Bass Club and John Haynes of Tri-County Bassmasters was next with 35.99 followed by Jason Hester of Tri-County Bassmasters and Jason Blackmon of Shotgun Sports Supply with 31.34.

Of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Team Bill Spicer of Shotgun Sports Supply was the top finisher of the team members and will receive a $250.00 bonus provided by Airport Marine.

Chris Newell of Tri-County Bassmasters and Jason Hester of Tri-County Bassmasters were the top finishers of the tournament participating in the Ranger Cup and will be receiving bonus money from the Ranger Cup program.
